  • 1 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 tablespoons    tomato puree
  • 1.5 tbsp     flour
  • Red wine
  • 1 krm thyme
  • bay leaf
  • water
  • 3 tablespoons    oxfond, conc
  • 300 g scallions
  • 200 g mushrooms, small
  • 1 package bacon, (140 g)

Classic Beef bourguignon recipe – Preparation:

  • Brown the meat in a hot frying pan with butter and oil. Season with salt and pepper and place the meat in a saucepan.
  • Peel a squash, grate it and slice the carrot, onion and garlic. Fry them in the frying pan together with the tomato puree. Powder over the flour and stir so that it is evenly distributed. Pour on the wine and add the thyme and bay leaves. Bring to the boil while stirring.
  • Pour the cutter into the pot over the meat and add water and stock. Let the stew simmer under a lid until the meat is tender, about 1 1/2 hours.
  • Peel a squash, then squeeze the juice. Groom the mushrooms. Cut the bacon into strips. Fry the bacon in a frying pan until it has a nice color. Add onions and mushrooms and fry until nicely colored. Put the cutter in the pot and simmer for another 10 minutes.
  • Serve stew with rice, bread and salad.
