- 750 g of potatoes
- 1 liter of oil
- ground paprika to taste
1-Peeled and carefully dried potatoes are cut into 1 cm thick and 4-5 cm long straws.
2-The oil is heated to 180 degrees. Put the potatoes in portions in a wire basket, immerse in oil and fry for 4 minutes.
