Salmon pasta with spinach – a creamier variant


Recipe for salmon pasta with spinach. Ridiculously simple pasta dish where the salmon simmers with spinach, cream and lemon. Let the guests wait for the pasta and get the steaming !

For 4 servings Ingredients

  • 280 g tagliatelle
  • 400 g salmon fillet
  •  leek
  • 1 lemon
  • cooking cream
  • 80 g baby spinach
  • freshly parmesan cheese
  • olive oil
  • black pepper, freshly ground
  • 3/4 tsp  flake salt

Salmon pasta with spinach – do as follows:

  1. Boil the pasta.
  2. Dice the salmon. Groom and finely slice the leek. Scrub the lemon in lukewarm water, grate 1 teaspoon peel and squeeze out 2 tablespoons juice.
  3. Fry the leek in 1 tablespoon oil for about 2 minutes. Add cream, lemon zest and juice. Add the salmon. Let simmer under cover for about 3 min. Season with 1 cream of pepper.
  4. Pour off and turn the freshly cooked pasta into the sauce. Add the spinach. Season with flake salt and 1 cream of pepper. Serve with parmesan cheese.

Tip! Wholemeal pasta is healthier, has more flavor and goes very well with hot smoked salmon. Vary with cold smoked salmon. Do you like this recipe? Also try our salmon in the oven.
